1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of fine fragrances and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a perfume has been opened or used.
You may request a refund or exchange only if:
• The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. • The perfume remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide photos or videos as proof of the issue when submitting your request.
2. How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue. 3. Our team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used perfumes
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards and promotional bundles
• Shipping fees (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, please do not discard the item. Contact us immediately with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially
posted.
